Luis Miguel Perez-Guzman, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he caused a wreck while driving intoxicated.
Police said that Perez-Guzman rear ended another vehicle while they were stopped near 805 Martha Berry Blvd.
Perez-Guzman is charged with DUI and following too closely.
