Adam Samuel Trammell, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to beat a 39 year-old woman on her head.
Reports said that the threats, which occurred at the victim’s home on Bells Ferry Road, were captured on video.
Trammell is charged with terroristic threats/acts
