Gregory Allen Carr, 23 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after reports said he broke out a window to a door of an apartment on Martha Berry Blvd. and attempted to enter the home.
Reports said that the resident, a 23 year-old woman, was placed in fear from Carr’s actions, which occurred just before midnight Tuesday.
Carr is charged simple assault and criminal trespass.
