Cameron Alexander Major, 28 of Powder Springs, was arrested in Rome after violently attacking a 2 and 4 year-old child at an apartment on Warren Road.
Police said that Major violently yanked the children up from a couch by their arms and threw them onto the ground. Major then reportedly punched the children with his fist. The victims suffered visible injuries from the attack.
Major is charged with two counts battery, and two counts cruelty to children in the 1st degree.
