An employee of Harborview nursing home on Redmond Circle, Vanessa Darden Cusyck, 50 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after a report said she caused pain and suffering to an elderly patient.
Reports said that Cusyck restrained the man and flicked him in the facial area with her fingers while putting her knee into his chest and he lied on the floor.
Cusyck is charged with exploitation of the elderly/disabled.
