Tomas Esteban-Bartolome, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he smashed another person on the head with a 15 pound weight bell.
Esteban-Bartolome also allegedly damaged a door and window to the home, causing over $1,500 in damage. The incident occurred in front of a 14-year-old girl.
Is charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children and criminal damage to property.
