An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Steve Lorenzo Miller, 61 of Rome, is facing more charges after reports said he broke a sprinkler head inside his cell.
Reports said that he estimated the damage done was listed at $400. He has been charged with felony interference with government property and criminal trespass.

An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Steve Lorenzo Miller, of Rome, is facing new charges after reports said he attacked a deputy.
Reports said that Miller attacked the victim, leaving bruising and swelling to both of his eyes.
This marks the second time Miller is accused of attacking deputies at the Floyd County Jail (see below)
Miller is charged with battery, felony obstruction and felony unlawful acts in a penal institution.
