Mary Francis Barnes, 76 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she attempted to hide a wanted sex offender.
Police said that Barnes purchased a campsite at Cedar Creek RV park with the intent to harbor a wanted sex offender, Harold Mantooth (see story below).
Barnes is charged with harboring/withholding information concerning a sexual offender.
