Gary Adam Cook, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole over $90,000 from Apex Carriers.
Reports said that Cook made over 200 cash advance withdrawals without approval from July 2023 through August 2024.
Cook is charged with felony theft by taking.
