A drunken 36 year-old Forsyth woman, Rachel Faye Garrett, was arrested at the Armuchee McDonald’s after setting a fire and acting disorderly
Police said that Garrett burned paper towels while swinging it in the air around other customers.
Garrett is charged with disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
