Destinee Tiara Nettles, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she fought with officers after she was pulled over for not only her failing to wear a seat belt, but also failing to restrain a 1 year-old child.
Arresting officers stated that Nettles refused to step out of the truck when asked to do so and as a result had to be forcibly removed.
Nettles is charged with felony obstruction, seat belt violation and a child restraint violation.
