Wesley Taylor Butler, 19 of Trion, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of five vaping devices, two containing a high concentration of THC and three with nicotine.
Reports stated that Butler was stopped near the intersection of GA 1 and GA 156 in Floyd County.
Butler is charged with three counts possession of a controlled substance and two felony counts of possession of THC vape.
