Floyd County Jail inmates Facing New Charges After Fight

Two inmates at the Floyd County Jail, Daryl Wayne Stamey Jr, 34 of Rome, and Donald Hugh Hembree III, 47 of Rome, are facing additional charges after reports said they got into a physical altercation.

Hembree is charged with unlawful acts in a penal institution and battery.

Stamey is now charged with unlawful acts in a penal institution and battery.
