Rome Woman Jailed for Hurting Child at Chick-Fil-A

Carlas Ann Evans, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she “intentionally caused physical harm” to her daughter.

Reports stated that the incident occurred at Chick-Fil-A on Shorter Avenue back on May 16^th.

Evans is charged with battery and cruelty to children in the 3^rd degree.
