Seth Aaren Harden, 44 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he was found driving drunk at a high rate of speed with an 11 year-old child in the car.
Reports said that Harden was clocked driving nearly 80 mph on GA Loop 1 near Burnett Ferry Road.
Police added that during the stop, they discovered that Harden was driving on a suspended license and with an opened container of alcohol.
Harden is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, driving on a suspended license, open container, operation of an unregistered vehicle and speeding.
