Billy Gene Creamer III, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with multiple drugs during a search on Castlewood Drive.
Police said that Creamer was found in possession of methamphetamine and Dicyclomine Hydrochloride.
Creamer is charged with possession of methamphetamine, drugs not in original container, possession/sale of dangerous drug and parole violation.
