Martin Cisneros Guzman, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a woman with a beer bottle and a coat hanger.
Police said that Cisneros picked up the beer bottle “in an aggressive manner” and placed the woman in fear of her safety.
He then reportedly threw a coat hanger at the woman during the dispute.
The incident occurred at a home on Hillside Avenue.
