Billy Kenneth Stockton Jr, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he had sexual conversations with someone he thought to be under the age of 16 years-old.
Reports stated that Stockton sent numerous photos of his genitals to the victim and asked for nude photos in return. Police added that Stockton described sex acts he wished to perform with the child as well.
Police added that the window tint on his car was also above he legal limit.
Stockton is charged with sexual exploitation of a child, obscene internet contact with a child, use of a computer to solicit a child to commit an illegal act, three counts electronically furnishing obscene materials to a child and a window tint violation.
