Harlie Elise Evans, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she pulled down her pants and panties and then proceeded to urinate on the sidewalk.
Reports stated that the urination occurred on North Elm Street at Lucille Road.
Evans is charged with public indecency.
