Darrell Dewayne Johnson, 48, of Lithia Springs, was arrested this week after reports said he stole numerous cars around Floyd County.
Police said that Johnson took a 1968 Chevelle on August 31, 2024, to paint it, but never returned it.
Johnson also allegedly took a 1987 Monte Carlo on October 28, 2024, to paint that vehicle, but also never returned it.
Johnson is charged with two counts of theft by taking a motor vehicle.
