James Francis Kubach Jr, 34 of Harselle, AL, was arrested this week after robbing another man in Cave Spring.
Reports stated that Kubach, while on Georgia Avenue, got out of his vehicle and the held the victim against their will at gunpoint.
The incident occurred back on December 15, 2022 just after 1 am.
Kubach is charged with robbery and probation violation.
