Fennisa Louise Dodd, 67 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found outside Home Depot asking people for money, and then yelling and using abusive language at them when they refused.
Reports added that Dodd was previously banned from the store this week when she was found there this week.
Dodd is charged with panhandling and criminal trespass.
