Bruce Alan Harper, 36 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he used a disbaled person’s debit card without their permission to make purchases around Rome.
Reports said that from December 22, 2024 through December 25, 2024 Harper obtained a total of $150 from the victim’s account.
Police added that Harper then received a check from the victim to pay their rent, but never did so. Reports stated that Harper used the money for his own purposes.
Harper is charged with three counts of financial transaction card fraud, two counts of identity fraud, exploitation of the elderly/disabled and two counts identity fraud.
