Terry Lane Ferguson Jr, 39 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he trespassed on another’s property and sold a shed that did not belong to him.
Police stated that the shed was set to be repo after payments were not paid.
Reports said that on March 29th, Ferguson sold the shed for $3,100.
Ferguson is charged with felony theft by deception and criminal trespass.
