Jeremy Lloyd Erwin, 37 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a dirtbike from a home on Buttram Road in Floyd County.
Reports said that the dirt bike is valued at over $1,500.
The theft occurred back on October 23, 2024.
Erwin is charged with felony theft by taking.
