Richard Thomas Burke, 31 of Powder Springs, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after being arrested at the FairBridge Inn Express on Martha Berry Boulevard. Reports stated that he was found to be in possession of individually packaged methamphetamine and a 9 mm handgun.
He is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, felony possession of meth and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
