A 63 year-old homeless Rome man, Anthony Dean Burge Sr, was arrested after reports said he was found drunk in public.
Reports said that he was taken into custody near the Advanced Auto Parts store on Shorter Avenue.
Burge is charged with public drunk and probation violation.
