Kiamaine Deon Farrell, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made online contact with someone he thought to be under the age of 16 years-old and engaged in graphic sexual conversations.
Reports added that Farrell then arranged a meetup spot where the two would meet to engage in sexual activity. He was taken into custody at that location.
Farrell is charged with aggravated child molestation, use of a computer to seduce a minor to commit a crime and obscene internet contact with a child.
