Bianca Anahi Cisneros-Ortiz, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found driving drunk with a 3 year-old child in her car.
Police said that they stopped Cisneros-Ortiz on Big Texas Valley Road after she crossed over the center line and struck a vehicle head on.
Reports added that a blood test showed her BAC at .225 and also with marijuana in her system.
A search of her vehicle also led police to find opened containers of alcohol and 6.7 grams of marijuana.
Cisneros-Ortiz is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, possession of marijuana, open container and failure to maintain lane.
