Brittany Nicole Waits, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she broke into an outbuilding of a home on Old Cedartown Road in Lindale.
Police said that Waits stole a tote and its containing’s back on April 10th.
Authorities went on to say that Waits was captured on a security camera at the home days before the theft occurred.
Waits is charged with 2nd degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
