Fantasha Gibson Windom, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a windshield wiper and a taillight of another woman’s car.
Reports said that the incident occurred at a home on Cliffview Drive.
The total damage done by Windom was estimated to be $105.
Windom is charged with criminal trespass.
