Joshua Carl Jarvis, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly assaulted a woman and man with a wreck that over 12 inches long.
When Jarvis entered the home on Dublin Circle with the wrench, he proceeded to use his hands to hit the female’s head with his fist. The victim suffered a welt and bruising.
Jarvis then used his hands to hit the 2nd victim in the face before slamming his head into the back of the couch. That victim suffered swollen bloody lips and marks on his neck and facial area.
The incident occurred with one of the victims holding a 2 month old child.
Jarvis is charged with two counts aggravated assault, battery and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
