William Lamar Kent, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after a traffic stop resulted in officers finding drugs in his possession.

Reports stated that Kent was found driving without insurance, no registration and on a suspended license.

While being taken into custody, police added that they found a pill bottle labeled “Tizanidine” with a different name and pill bottle containing hydrocodone.

Kent is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container, driving without insurance, driving on a suspended registration and driving on a suspended license.
