Lavonia Michellle Stiles, 46 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was accused of stealing nearly $40 in clothing items from a woman on N Terrance Avenue.
Reports said that the theft occurred last July.
Stiles is charged with theft by taking.
