Ricky Lynn Stewart Jr, 44 of Moore, SC, was jailed in Rome after he was accused of stealing a 2001 Chevrolet Impala from a gas station at 1501 Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports added that the car, valued at $2,000, was later found in Douglas County, GA
Stewart is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
