James Harold Wilson, 67 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a PPO (Personal Protection Order) when he sent numerous emails to the victim.
Reports said that the emails were outside the number of times allowed for picking up and returning a child.
Police added that the emails went from February 16 to March 25th.
Wilson is charged with aggravated stalking.
