Luis Aarmando Martinez-Pelcastre, 32 of Cartersville, was arrested at the Lock and Dam in Rome after reports said he was found fishing in a hatchery.
Reports said that he was found in possession of over 37 white basses in the back of his truck.
Is charged with fishing in département fish hatcheries.
