Brittany Michelle Mann, 30 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she rented a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise in Rome and then never returned the vehicle.
The car, which was taken back in October 2024, is valued at $38,000.
Mann is charged with felony theft by conversion, speeding and driving on a suspended license.
