Jessica Anne Schmidt Gordet, 39 of Rome, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was found with multiple drugs after yelling vulgar and profane things in a neighborhood at night.
Police said that they also found marijuana and mushrooms in her possession.
Authorities added that Gordet had driven to the location, High Bluff Road, while intoxicated.
Gordet is charged with disorderly conduct, DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
