Lee Roger Salter 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another’s bank card, without their permission, to make multiple purchases.
Reports said that Salter used his 13 year-old son to make 10 different purchases with three stolen credit cards.
The total amount of transactions resulted in $958.19 of charges.
Salter is charged with ten counts of financial transaction card fraud and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
