Giovanny Lagunas Bahena, 37 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found speeding while drinking with a small child in his car.
Officers said that they observed Bahena failing to maintain his lane while speeding on the Ga 1 Loop.
Officers said that when they stopped Bahena, they discovered that he was intoxicated and had the small child in his car.
Bahena is charged with DUI, endangering a child by DUI, speeding, failure to maintain lane and a seatbelt violation.
