Misty Dawn Patterson, 52 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome after reports said she wrote a check that she knew would not be honored to First Doctor’s Weight Loss.
Reports stated that Patterson’s check was in the amount of $119.
Patterson is charged with deposit account fraud.
