Paula Nicole Warren, 48 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in an drunken state running in the roadway on 3rd Street in Shannon.
Reports said that Warren acted in a violent manner while using curse words as she ran toward a 26 year-old man.
Warren is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
