Niconda Nicole Ragland, 41 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she stole $65.33 with of merchandise from Walmart.
Reports stated that Ragland attempted to conceal unpaid merch in a delivery order she was fulling.
Ragland is charged with theft by shoplifting.
