Three homeless Rome men, Howard Shelton Pledger, 49, and Carl Schindler, 63, Emory Jefferson Justice, 63, were arrested this week after being found at a home that they did not have permission to be at on Wilkins Street.
Police said that authorities had given the men prior notice to keep off the property.
All are charged with criminal trespass.
