Stephen Douglas Milstead, 57 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he violated the terms of his release of being a convicted sex offender.
Reports stated that Milstead failed to complete his annual registration with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office within 72 hours of his birthday.
Milstead is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
