Tammy Jean Hatcher, 44 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a 16 pack of Pampers diapers.
The theft of the Pampers, which is valued at $11, occurred at the Dollar General on Kingston Highway.
Hatcher is charged with theft by shoplifting.
