A convicted felon, Cedric Dwinell Nicholson, 51 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found illegally in possession of a gun and drugs.
Officers said that they found the gun, marijuana, digital scales, and baggies during a search of his home on Woodberry Drive.
Nicholson is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
