Shannon Angela Knight, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of a stolen car.
Police said that they found Knight, and the vehicle, near the intersection of Brown Street and Maple Avenue.
Knight is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
