Victory Anthony Outley, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on a man and a woman before shooting the female in the hand during the altercation.
Reports said that Outley went to the victim’s home on Woodberry Drive where the fight occurred.
During the altercation, reports added, Outley pulled and pointed the gun at the victims before it was discharged and causing injury to the woman’s hand.
Outley is charged with two counts aggravated assault, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct.
